I am using phone manager in iPro mode and all is fine.

If i check VOIP on the phonemanager tab it says failed to register.

What is the purpose of this option?

Note with Version 3.0 Phone Manager Pro Softphone (New Name) there is a issue, when making a outgoing call either to line or an extension you do not hear ring via a USB headset, Incoming calls you hear ring no problems, only on outbound calls.
Avaya are fixing in a new build
