Hello

We have a client with an IPECS50B on 5.5 software using ISDN2 circuits.

An issue has occured when dialling out and the users cant use the one touch options on other customers systems. So, when a user dials out and is fronted with an auto attendant they cant break the dial tome.

This happens to all users and across all the lines.

I have checked station programming and line programming and all seems to be either in default or programmed correctly.

Any ideas? I will update the software to the latest level but really cant see that being the issue as the system has been installed for 3 years already and the problem has only just started.

Hi Eats

Have you tried dialing your mobile and listening for the digits to come through?

Other than that I have had issues with Enblock on the line, should not be required for ISDN.

And incoming toll check (PGM161-13), though this is only for sending digits out on incoming calls.
