iPECS-MG and ezPhone (CTI)

Hi guys,

I'm thinking over a scenario of iPECS-MG100 with 20 agents using DKT's along with EzPhone clients. I dont'have much experience with EzPhone applications but I'm sure that with ipLDK 100/300/600 when using ezPhone with DKT 7000 series you needed a CTU module mounted on DKT 7000's in order for CTI to work. This was not case with Aria SOHO and ipLDK20.

Now for iPECS-MG I could not find any kind of information about EzPhone usage. I know that iPECS-MG has 1st part TAPI license included with the system, I plan to install 20 DKT's (7000 series) and 20 EzPhone deluxe licenses. Is that all I need, or I need to consider the CTU modules for the DKT's?

Please let me know if you've had such an experience or knowledge abut this issue.

I think that you can comapre the iPECS to ipLDK-24, so no CTU modules are needed.
In the PGM 124 og the ipLDK-24 you set the IP-address of the PC that corresponds to the extension number that should supervised and controlled from the PC.
Pls. check if this PGM exists in iPECS.

I went through the iPECS version 5 manual, and it did not say anything about ezPhone. Maybe your issue should be solved by means of a TAPI/CTI server....
