iPECS can be various systems like CM, LIK, MG, SBG-1000, so what system do you mean exactly?
In case of a LIK you can use in web admin System Managemet->Voice Mail Backup.
I think this should work for SBG too, the other systems I don´t know.
The station mailbox greeting is still saved there.
