I have few of IPECS LIP 9070 . Sometimes display doesn't boot when electricity going and coming. status led is RED light and display is black. I read some post about same situation. Friends say remove c227 for another device. Actually I tried it because lip 9070 contain 2 capacitor on same line as parallel so i didn't see any problem to do the suggestion but it was not worked.
I think a triggering process is working unstable during booting. I couldn't find the reason.
Checked PoE power supply module that include AS1135 DC-DC converter but I didn't see any problem for output voltage.
Can you help me please ?
