ipecs ez attendant

has anyone installed ez attendant on an ipecs 100. are there any obvious advantages/disadvantanges in using it as opposed to a telephone and dss as main attendant.

Easy to install and use.. Just depends on the user, if they like using the PC to answer, transfer, hold calls etc

Better overview. Busy lamp field on a PC screen is easier to overview.

I would wait a view days/weeks longer till the new IP attendant is realeased. The look is much more up to date...
