IPAQ User now working at home, can I email her calender updates?

I have a user that now works at home, is it possible to send all her appointments to her as one file? As she syncs it with her pc at home and sometimes comes into the office.

As long as both work and home PC are using Outlook, and not Outlook Express, you can.

Select File -->Import and Export --> Export to File --> Personal File Folder (.pst) --> Select folder to export (Calendar) --> Save the file

Send this .pst file to her, will probably have to zip the file, and then the user will use the same menu Import and Export, to import the calendar into her Outlook at home and then she can sync her iPAQ.

Select File --> Import and Export --> Import from another program or file --> select .pst --> browse for file.
