Can anyone shed any light on the following,
We are upgrading an ip600 to an s8400, the current ip600 use's the embedded voicemail and the customer use's message manager to receive fax's and handle voicemail message's.
I have created a mailbox on the ia770, and the message manager lets me log, but i had an issue with the medpro and could not complete the install as the ip trunk for the voicemail would never come up.
My question is, is message manager compatible with ia770 for faxes, i always use the ia770 document to set up ia770, and have seen in there there is an option to turn on t.38 fax support.
Has anyone got any firsthand experience of this and if so offer any advice?
