I have an IP500v2 unit that I've been using as a demo. I went to upgrade it from 7.0.23 to 8.1. Upgrade license redeemed and encryption key code valid. Upgrade fails right off the bat. Can't even transfer files. Tried 'Administrator' 'Password' 'password' 'administrator' and none work for upgrading. 'Administrator' works fine for saving changes in manager. Can't even upgrade from 7.0.23 to 7.0.36. Just a demo kit so not an emergency. But any thoughts would be appreciated.
