IP500 V2 with ETR6

We installed a new IP500 with a new ETR6

Version 9.0?

The port light on the ETR Port 1 stayed red
The database showed an unknown module not the ETR6
Cordless 3920 would not work with the ETR6


Any suggestions??

ETR only works in Partner or Basic mode

TTT can we then just plug the 3920 into an analog port on the combo card?
What would be the limitations??
