I have a new customer that has a Magix at site A and an IPO 500 at site B. Calls can be made across the grid to both sides without problems. We would like to set up some way to have calls parked on the Magix and to be able to retrieved by the IPO users. All lines are in the Magix, so all calls are answered by the Magix. I've tried numerous short codes that I thought might access the magix feature codes - #56 (voice mail transfer), #9 (pickup), #86 (park), etc. Non of course worked. Has anyone had any luck with something similar?
