I know there is a known issue (TB59) with certain cable providers supplying analog trunks. Has anyone had success with any line conditioners or specific settings on the Trunks tab?

Not sure with Tech Bulletin you are referencing, but see this thread for settings on the analog lines with the current release. Assumimg you are having the same issues as the lot, it is not the carrier and this may help.

Let me re-state:
The carrier could still have some issue, however check the link to see if it helps at all.

Looks relavent...another release issue..just what I wanted to hear..I will give it a try. I did notice on reboots it kicks my settings on gain out..Thank you.
