IP500 PRI T1 Daughter Card woes on 4.1

I am trying to set up a new IP500 on 4.1 software with the new IP500 T1 Card (daughter card, not the legacy T1 card). I am trying to connect the IP Office to a partial PRI trunk from the CO with 6 active channels. I have only 8 of the PRI channels licensed on the IP Office. I cannot get the signaling channel to come up on the IP Office. Is there some new setting with the new IP500 daughter card T1 that I might be missing?

I was able to bring up the PRI using a Mitel 3300, so I know that the PRI is configured properly by the CO.

Anyone had similar problems?

Any ideas?

I've used one and it just worked. Do you get a light on the card. which socket are you plugging it into on the card (Should be port 9).

Have you tried using a Trend on the kit????

ACA:Implement - IP Office
ACS:Implement - IP Office

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

Bring the card down to six channels as well. Have had issues on this a couple of times, where the card actually does care what channels are built from the telco,

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACA - IP Telephony
CCENT - Cisco ICND1
CCNA - Working towards.

Just for your info - I asked Avaya about this when they announced this card and the licensing -

They said - the 24th channel will always be appropriated on a PRI - so with just 8 channels licensed - you could have 8 channels and then the 24th channel. But be sure you have on a PRI 14 channels OOS.
