IP500 Compact Flash Card Access

Hi,

When I attempted to access the card via Advanced/Embedded File Management, after I put the password, I got "HTTP request failed: 403 Forbidded" message. If the password is wrong, the error message is "Failed to login to IP Office". I can no longer upload files to the card.
Any ideas?

hard reboot for starters, meaning unplug it say 2 Ave Marias and plug it back in then try again.
Other than that never had it happen to me.
