IP406r2, embedded VM, get "funtion failed to complete" Recording AA 1

Hi All, I have an IPO 406r2, 5.0 (26), and have an embedded VM. Im trying to set up an Auto Attendant for the first time, but after accessing the short code for the AA, and pressing "2" to record a message, it says "Function failed to complete". The system shows it has four AA short codes.

I searched this site and saw someone else had this and a helper suggested updating the files. My question is, what files would need to be updated? Being somewhat new to IPO with embedded VM, any suggestions on how to update these would be helpful!

Is the embedded VM card upgraded to the correct version?
You can do this by using the embedded file management.
Go to file -> advanced -> embedded file management.
Then when you logged in then go to upload system files (i think, a long time ago)

Thanks, After doing this it still didnt work. We called our BP and it was a corrupt file.. This was deleted and rebuilt and then worked fine. Thanks for your help.
