IP406 5420 sets stuck on "PLEASE WAIT"

The 5402 and 5410 DS sets will work ok but the 5420 DS will not and are stuck on "PLEASE WAIT". This is version 5.0 (26)

monitor may tell you if a file is missing or better said monitor may tell you what file the phone requests.
