IP400 Dig 30 (on the job) now with firmware downgrade problem..help needed

I have a cust that is at 3.2.69 and a dig 30 went south. the dig 30 is at 7.0 and it will not see the module to downgrade. How do I get around this to downgrade. or can i dte the module to blow out firmware and then upgrade? Been to long since I've done this.

Upgrade firmware on ipo to rel5 then you should be able to downgrade the ds30
