IP voice recording

Anyone had any experience with recording IP calls using on Cisco infrastructure. Currently we are trialing a Witness recorder.

Are there any other systems out there that are any good.

We have been using Altitudes Dialogic boxes to record call for our Agents, however the quality of the calls is very poor.

I would be interested to hear what anyone else uses.

You could always record your In and outbound trunks, Im doing this this way as I have Callmanager and traditional PBX mix at my site.
