Have a CS1000e 7.6 that is running IP Phones and 3 BCM400 working across IP trunks. You cannot call in or out to the BCM's. when watching, you see the calls hitting the trunks than receive and error of "no channels/circ avail.". This started happening when I was attempting to set up SIP conference phones using Avaya's release notes. We have undone everything that I changed and rebuilt all routes, trunks, and MGC settings. Any ideas?

Is the d-channel up and are the VGW channels up

I read your other post also. It could be that when you created those other VAS and ELAN's that your correct host is not active any more. What else did you change besides what you mentioned? Has to be something else.

All the d-channels are up. We have done everything but restore to Sunday from a backup. Only problem is that the backup did not back up the node.

The Node information is stored in the Call Server. Why do you think it didn't back up the Node?

Common misconception people have is that the Node Information is somehow stored in the Signal Server, it is not. It
is stored in the Call Server. Now after you restore your back up you will need to go into the Node through EM, and sync it. Then Restart all Applications. You will see the virtual D-channel drop then come back up and you should be good.
