Hi All. Need yours help regarding IPT Trunk problem
I have three sites connected using IP Trunk 3 (ITG ISDN trunk using MC32, three PBX release is 4.5/5.5/5.0). This setup is working OK accept one problem as mentioned below
If due to some power outage or some other problem if Data switch gets power off (Lan link between MC32 and Data network gets break) then after power retrieval or link retrieval IPT dialing wont work and we gets release and try again. We have to Hard reboot that site IPT card (Site whose links gets down or switch gets power off).
I means we have to cold restart MC32 card every time if Router or Switch gets down and then Up.. IPT should works automatically after LAN link reconnection.
Can somebody help what configuration check should be made to avoid these Hard reboot of IPT card after data connection retrieval.

Thanks

If you stat the when this happens what state are your dsp's in.

DSP`s are OK, some are in IDLE State and some are in Busy state(Calls established channels)
Regards

try to disable the card (DISC) and IP Dchannel for 5 min, then enable the DCH and the card, if the TNs stay disabled ( and you tried the ENLC command) enable each unit by hand with ENLU (TN__)
