IP Trunk Help (MC32)

Hi All,

I am new to IP Trunks......... OK. I have 2 sites in the UK Option 81C and Option 11C R 4.0. I have both MC32 cards configured on the ELAN and on the TLAN with OTM 2.2. When logged on to the Media Card should i be able to ping each card on the TLAN? At the moment i can ping the TLAN gateway only. What do I need to make a simple test call? I was trying just with the ACOD but no joy. I do not use TGAR/TAGR, Should I? Do i need an SPN or HLOC, maybe TSC/DSC? I have inputed a dialling plan in OTM but not sure if it is correct? All i want to do is make a test call! Any help would be grateful!

Normaly u can use ACOD to make a test call but u actually have to set-up tha dialing plan with OTM.
IE: use DSC digit "X" X is the first DN's digit of your far end pbx.
Don't forget to check the Qos in the dialing plan, if your network does not support QoS you don't have to validate it...
After that make a transfert of your dialing plan to the MC32 card....
