I have a Cisco 870 ADSL Router running a VPN back to the company network. I need to get the 7960 IP phone working over the VPN. It's currently not picking up an IP address.

As Far as I know it's setup in Call Manager fine. The workstation on the VPN is ok. Can log into the domain. I can ping the call manager server from the workstation.

I think I'm getting close to a fix as I now have another config which I'm looking through which should work... someone mentioned option 150? Any comments appreciated.

Option 150 is the DHCP option for TFTP server. Without it, the phone doesn't have anywhere to pull its configuration from. You would have to manually program the phone if DHCP isn't handing it out. Normally, you would set this to be the IP addresses of your CCM Publisher and Subscriber, if you have one. It sounds like you may be using the 870 for DHCP. This should work fine.
