I have a major problem where I use a S8700 G3XV13 system and for no apparent reason when I do disp capacity on the system it showed that I am using 54658 IP Softphones where i am only licenced for 370. as shown below

Logged-In IP Softphone Agents: 54685 0 370

Logged-In IP Softphone Agents: 0 370 370

This has now cleared it self back to normal as disp. Above.

can anyone come up with any explantion please

looks like a translation corruption or a problem with license file. i'd suggest calling avaya.
