I'm using ip softphone in telecommute mode, put my full number prefixed with ARS code 9 however when I do a list trace its only seeing 'dial 900356' instead of 9 followed by the 13 digit dial string
in the program option, under number format i've ensure it can dial up to 14 digits so I'm not sure why the ARS is not processing the full dial string.
There's no denial of service on the trace.
