It doesn't matter which client I'm running. None of my other apps seem to suffer.
When I run the client in telecommuter mode, the application drops momentarily every few minutes. The audio portion stays up, but the application resets itself. I'm using a Cisco VPN.
When I run the client at the desktop, there is no issue.

Here's what I see on list trace of the softphone extension. I've looked at the Wireshark capture on my Cisco VPN Adapter at the same time, but don't know enough about what I should be looking for.
Any help is much appreciated!
