IP Softphone & 4630

I'm trying to use IP Softphone (Ver 4, SP2) to log into a 4630 IP phone (lastest software). I get the CTI question on the 4630, but it doesn't respond to the #. I can log into a 4612, without any problems.

Does the 4630 not support IP Softphone?

Other info:
Definity v11
PC OS Windows 2000

Thanks for any help/info.

Make sure you have the latest firmware for the 4630 phone..

Yep, I have the firmware released this month from Avaya.
