I have a softconsole in a remote office that it only flashes when a second caller (call waiting)and does not beep in her headset to alert her that the call is there. She doesn't look at the screen all the time due to her having mulitple PC's. She is on an g700 (S8300) LSP connected into an 8710 (CM 2). I have ATTD's here at this location that they get the beep for the second caller. I have compared attd station forms, hunt group forms, Configuration manager forms and all the settings are the same (unless I am over looking something) The wav file is present and plays over her headset when you click the play button in configuration manager. What am I missing? I am sure it is something small and easy (almost always is). Any Help would be appreciated.
