Thoughts on this product. Issues or anything I should consider before looking at this for a busy receptionist?

I would suggest to you that you make sure they have 2 screens, so the application can always be on 1 screen. Also, make sure it a fairly new computer, not an old klunker, and finally, make sure they are not running too many CPU intensive applications on the PC. You will also need a USB headset or one that connects to the mic/earphone on the audio card. It works the same as a regular console, for the most part. Also, install the Software loged in as Administrator.
