Having a problem with Soft console software. Fisrt we couldn't connect to the directory that was stored locacally on a file server. The when we re-installed the software we get a couple of errors
e-clarity is running
can't connect to e-clarity
and we're missing phlanex.ocx file
any idea's? I'm not firmiliar with Avaya IP soft console.
