IP sets have one way voice path with Callpilot

IP sets at one IP routed remote site can contact callpilot and listen to greetings but can't record new greetings. Ths site was able to record greetings when first set up. Since then the Call Pilot 2.02 has been rebuilt, so I have deleted and reinstalled new mailboxes, but no avail. I changed the Zone to a zone that works at another remote location, no dice. I2004 1st series sets with 0604D9F firmware. Anyone else seen a similar issue?

D9F firmware is from Feb 2006 and is 12 versions behind what is available now. First thing to do is to update the firmware and also ensure that your CS 1000 and media cards are completely patched to current.

I was afraid someone would say that. I can't reboot anything until we get network backups going on this one. It's 201i call pilot corrupts data when rebooted. I will have to schedule patching after that. Thanks for your advice.
