IP sets do not boot up when changing IP address of node

Thats normal. The phones won't acquire a new address from DHCP until they do a full reboot. When I've changed node IPs in the past I've made the DHCP scope change, done an isetResetAll on each sig server, then make the changes to the node IP. The sets then get the new info from DHCP and will connect once the node is up with the new address.
