We were just forced to change everything over to IP Printing. No servers for printers just IP address. Example printer address is 10.50.50.10

We have a software program that must use a queue. For example \\ads4\dev1_que

Is there anyway to make this work using IP Printing?

Looks like the queue is looking for a shared device.
You should be able to set up a printer share \\server\printer and tell your software that that is the queue.
