IP plus where to find it?

Hi!
I try to make vlans in my cisco router 2600.
The router doesn´t recognize the command encapsulation.
Someone told me to get ip plus. Anyone who knows where to get it?
I think the filename is:
c2600-is-mz.12.2-5d.bin

There are two options - First is to buy it from a Cisco reseller in your area, the other is to download it from the Cisco web site, but the catch is , you have to be a registered customer of Cisco.
The best bet is to go for option one and see what they can do for you.
