IP phone redial feature

Anyone know of any issues with the redial feature on the 5610 Ip phone? When pressing "Redial" the list of the last dialled numbers is always empty.
This is on an IP406V2 @ 4.0.10.

i had a similar issue...

i could push redial and see numbers. then i would act like i am dialing out by dialing a 9 and then just stop. if i were then go into my redials they would be blank. i think i had that issue on 3.2 and 4.0(7), i havent noticed it since upgrading past those two releases. what version and unit? what firmware is your phone? (check this by pressing MUTE VIEW# and press * about 15 times and you will see the .bin file)

The unit is 406V2 at V4.0.10.
I will have to contact the customer to try and obtain the firmware of the 5610's.

Redial & call logging don't work unless you have Call Appearance keys programmed

Have you deleted these from these extensions?

I think you've probably come up with the answer. I'm sure that the CA keys have been removed. I'll check this out.
