IP phone disconnect

i have a 3.0 cs 1000 in a option 11 cabinet. they have license for 48 phones with 43 registered. occasionally at night, these phones will disconnect but all but maybe 6 or 7 will reregister with those 6 or 7 searching for server. these phones can be unplugged and register immediately the next day. all phones are set up exactly alike.

i have suggested an upgrade to 4.5 but we are looking for answers a little quicker.

btw, the same phones do not search for server every time. it is somewhat random.

I had a similar issue in the past where random phones would lose their connection and the only way to get them back was to unplug them and reconnect. It turned out to be bad fiber connecting this build to the main building. You might also want to check firmware version of the phones could be an issue with the firmware version and not re- registering properly.
