IP Phone 1616l across a VPN

The inside addresses at end where the phone is, say site A, is 192.168.0.0/24.
The inside addresses at the ip office end, say site B, is 192.168.1.0/24
What sould the ip address be on the phone? Should it use DHCP from site A router, site B router, or the IP Office?

use the DHCP from the local end to the 1616, set the ip address of the call server and the file server to the IPO.
