Anyone integrate the IP Office with the Interactive Intelligence CIC product. They have documentation on it working with Aurora and they say they can do it with IP Office. Its just SIP trunks between the two it looks like, but wanted to see if anyone had experience with it before I start playing the trial and error game to get it to work.
