IP Office w/ Magix 4406D "THIS TERMINAL IS BARRED" 1

I am trying to hook up an IP Office 500 to a Magix 4406D phone. Supposedly this phone is compatible with IP Office, but when I plug it into the 500 the display of the 4406 displays "THIS TERMINAL HAS BEEN BARRED". When I plug in a 5410 to the same terminal it works with no problems. The IP Office is detecting the 4406D, it shows up as the device type under the Extension tab.

Any idea how I can resolve this?

4400 series can't be plugged directly into the 500 with the DS cards. 4400 series are only supported in the expansion Modules.
