I have an IP Office Contact Center Server remotely connected via VPN to an IP Office 500. The serve sometimes will disconnect from the IP Office 500 because of Network issues. However it does not reconnect all the time when the VPN renegotiates. The VPNs are set to automatically keep alive all the time. Is there anything I can do from the Firewall or server to keep the connection up through these momentary network issues?
