No seriously, if you're running solo, get your hands on a demo kit, it's essential to have the possibility to replicate customers issues in a lab, train yourself, and explore possibilities not mentioned in the commercials (or F1).
Your local distributor should be able to get you one, they don't cost to much either.

As a solo artist, you only have your name to show for, and I guess the word on the coconut telegraph spreads pretty fast on the island. You mess up a few customers, everyone knows about it, and you start talking to the hand.
Online training is only available to registered partners.
Registering is free, but to become a Business Partner you need to pass a few online tests.
