Hi,

I was wondering whether there is a way or even some add-on software that can achieve the following:

Basically, we have a list of clients and their phone numbers, we need a way of automatically ringing these numbers one by one and carrying out a survey. The survey questions and answers will be pre-recorded and the user can choose the answer using their phone keypad. Once selected, the answers will be stored in a database.

Anybody have any solutions?

you cant really use the IPO and VMPro as an outgoing auto dialler. you would need a 3rd party dialler that shoves the call back into VM Pro and use the campaign wizard to create your set of questions.

Also check your local laws. It is illegal in many places to place an unsolicited call to a person where a live individual is not the one they will be talking to. So unless these people signed up for this call campaign you could get yourself into a bit of trouble.
