Hi Guys

I am having a wee issue that you might be able to help me with.

in my IP LDK 100 I currently have it setup that the CLI is connected to my main computer from the MBPN Board via the com port as we are a taxi company our despatch software uses the CLI data to link numbers to our jobs however we have just implemented a call stats software to keep track of how many calls we get, miss etc

I am trying to figure out a way to piggyback on the same connection so both programs can use the data being sent from the board to the computer is there a way to do this via the comport or can I also get the information through the LAN port that is on the MBPN Board

sorry about the hazy description the phone system is still a wee bit new to me.

I can provide port information etc in need be

any help is majorly helpful thanks in advance

hi guys its ok I figured out that the system was using TCP Port 9001 so both softwares are now getting the information I need

Not sure how to delete this thread now

Opps ignore the previous thread apparently the data on the TCP port is coming through in the wrong format

the tech guy I deal with is asking for the phone data in CDR or SMDR Format is there a way to have the phone board communicate in this format via the COM port?

or am I looking at the wrong TCP port altogether

again any help would be greatly appreciated
