We've been happy with the HP IP KVM 16 port switch. (Don't have a model number off the top of my head.) We've opened up some ports on our router so that we can connect to it over the WAN, so in an emergency, I can be at the console of any of our servers from my home. It's worked out well so far.

Running Dell 2161DS-2 16 port KVMs here.

They work pretty decent for the budget conscience, the HPs are probably better though.

(yay! shameless advertising. my side business)

I've used the Dell KVM-over-IP solution - it works, but it's performance wasn't very good. Though in fairness, this was about 4 years ago.

Dell OEM's Avocent boxes, if I recall... you might look into the Avocent boxes directly from Avocent.

We have Dell ones to like the person above said they are rebadged Avocents. They SIPs are crazy prices though (compared with the equivalents for Avocent KVMs).
