IP determination

Can any genius tell me how to determine the IP of the sender from a received mail, the problem is that I dont have the IP mentioned in the header section of the received mail, only the IP of the ISP. I am pasting the header
Is there anyway the IP can be determined from the header info without the help of the ISP.?
