IP DECT Base Stations

That question cannot be answered on this forum.
It all depends on the type of environment and buildings.
Glass, walls, doors and even plants have influence on the range.
The only thing that you can do is doing a site survey and measure and write down the measurements.
I have seen sites where there where 20 basestations calculated but ended up with 40 basestations.
When it is a new building then keep in mind that doors and specially fire protecting doors really cut down the signal.

Not really, you are going to need to do a survey unfortunately, if you don't you will only get bad surprises

If you want to estimate the number of basestations then assume a range of 20 meters.
The building were they are used has to be taken in mind, in a wooden construction the range is a lot better as in a concrete construction and in a building where a lot of metal fences and coated glass are used the range can drop down to 10 meters.
I areas to expect heavy call loads ( a lot of dect users together ) you can deploy upto three basestations but they need to be placed as close to each other as possible but do NOT put one on top of another, consider this as one basestation in your measurement.
