I am running Solaris 8 X86 and when the system runs RPC bind it tells me the ip already exist, after about 3 to 5 minutes it blows me off the network and I get an ICMP error that the GATEWAY is unreachable.

Any help would be greately appreciated.

Did someone take your IP address? Can you ping the address from another computer while your Solaris 8 box is turned off?

This is the Gateway IP address of the Netmodem on the Satellite terminal and we can get to the gateway insid of the satellite network

Just an idea (may not be possible), "init 0" your x86 system and then ping/telnet the IP address from a different system and see whats's out there.
