IP AGENT Troubles

Has anybody heard about a known issue with IP agent not being able to stay logged it. We have had Avaya working on it. Odd thing is when it was CC.02 build, the agent could be logged into a hunt and stay in. When they bumped the software up to CC.03 build of IP agent, it no longer allows the station to stay logged in. Once the call-app light goes out, the agent loses their aux status. I had a similar issue with 6416d+ phones using a headset base unit but that was because they needed a drop button and had to use the drop button to remain logged in a ACD status.
