IP agent softphone

We just got IP agent installed and I'm currently messing with it. I don't see an option though for a full phone view like there is with the regular IP softphone. Am I missing something? I want the agents to see a picture of their phone while they are telecommuting. We installed IP agent version 6.0

No picture of phone on IP agent. You need to use the toolbar. At least that is the way in 5.0. 6.0 should be the same.
