IP Agent R6 Auto-in greyed out

Is the headset configured?
You can't auto-answer without a headset. So if IP Agent can't see the headset it won't let you use auto-in.

You will find that you can still use FAC for the Auto-In and the light will illuminate on the greyed out button, so if you program an autodial button or speeddial for the FAC on and abbreviated dial list, it works just fine. You just need to use 2 buttons instead of 1, becaust the button you program for the FAC won't light the lamp.
