I have messed with this so much and for the life of me can't figure it out. We have an S8500 3.1 and decided to implement IP Agent R6 as a test from a remote location. We're using a Microsoft VPN connection back to our network. The following ports have been opened in our firewall by IT:
1719 (UDP) 1720 (TCP) and range 2048-3327 (UDP) as specified in the network region.

IP Agent works fine to connect but when a call is made (or recieved)in Road Warrior Mode I can hear the other party but they can't hear me (I'm using IP Agent). If I use Telecommuter to my home phone, it of course works fine.

I've turned off my PC's firewall. I've tried turning off IP Hairpinning and IP-IP Direct but no change. I've gone through all of the IP Agent logs but everything seems to look OK.

Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you hear them the routing form the CM to your softphone is alright
They can not hear you so the voice is not going to the other end

Check the routing on your side

I'm having someone else try it from a different location (hoefully at thier home) to ensure it isn't something on my end. We do have a lot going on here and could be something in our network but have a gut feel it's not.
